At Northvolt, we are now seeking Field Service Engineers who would support our passionate team from Stockholm. In joining us you will be an important part of Northvolt’s continued growth and play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
Our Field Service Engineers are responsible for the performance and customer satisfaction of delivered products located around the world. We are a team of passionate service engineers eager to support the customer and we solve our tasks through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide first-line and second level support for hardware and software related customer issues, via remote or on-site support
Solving customer helpdesk tickets by remotely supporting customers technicians on site
Document services performed and feedback to design teams for quality improvements
Frequent travel, including international travel
Perform all work with highest focus on health and safety
Build long-lasting customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering service satisfactory to the customers’ needs

The Field Service Engineer is a vital member of the Aftermarket team and key to Northvolt’s mission to enable the future of energy.
A degree with electrical background or relevant experiences
Experience from work with high voltage products
Good IT knowledge and experience with SW solutions
Hands-on experience with field service work
Experience and interest in renewable energy industry is a plus
