We are looking for a Hardware Designer to join our team in Silkeborg. You would be part of our R&D Hardware department, working with complex hardware solutions, tailored to meet the highest standards within the renewable industry.
Your contributions to the team will be to ensure alignment and expansion of our current product portfolio and to create a higher degree of cost efficiency per product unit. Moreover, you understand the importance of working together as a team, as you will be working closely with various other departments from Sales Engineering to R&D Control & Automation, R&D Software, and Production.
Working with new technical design and design modifications for complex hardware solutions.
You will play an active role in designing new hardware solutions and ensure compliance with relevant directives required by the products engineered and designed in the department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
design & engineering of new and existing products, including electrical schematics and layouts.
adherence to and compliance with IEC61439-1 & IEC61439-2.
handle items and bill of materials in our ERP system Navision.
support on production prototypes.
sales support with new hardware designs and products.
cost estimates from a hardware perspective and engineering.
supplier and customer contact.

Quality-minded and experienced Hardware Specialist or Electrical Engineer.
We need a skilled Hardware Specialist or Electrical Engineer to boost our hardware development team, who can react dynamically and agile towards the changing demands arising from sales and customers as well as internal Product Owners.
It is essential that you have a strong electrical background and are skilled in designing complex electrical Hardware.
You can have various backgrounds, but the most important is that you have 2-3 years of experience working in a production environment with highly complex technical systems. It is an asset if
you are familiar with SCADA system, configuration, and troubleshooting.
To be successful in this position, you:
can demonstrate an analytical approach to technical specifications.
possess knowledge of standards for designing hardware solutions EN60204-1, EN61439-(1+2).
are experienced in creating electrical documentation, such as diagrams and functional descriptions (SEE Electrical, PC-Schematic, or Eplan).
manage CE and EC declarations.
speak and understand English fluently.
