This two year rotational program is an exciting, full-time opportunity for new or recent graduates looking to kick-start their career by embarking on a development journey. Our Sales Engineer Trainee program offers participants the opportunity to support a variety of product areas, locations, and teams while developing a strong skill set to become an essential part of the sales organization. You will work alongside our sales experts in preparation for ownership of your own customer relationships. As an international company, those in the Sales Engineer Trainee program will have the opportunity to work across many cultures and professional backgrounds, all while growing an invaluable network for colleagues around the world. You will have the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally to support customers and participate in training activities.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
Completed your most recent degree within the last two years
Passion to work with customer-centric sales
Outstanding communication skills
Strong analytical skills to create insights
Ability to leverage data analytics to make improvements, from market analytics to digital customer journeys
Team-player mindset with ambition to succeed
Flexible attitude with structured approach and a focus on customer satisfaction
Willingness to invest in your technical expertise and overall personal development
Ability to benefit from a global organization that is committed to engineering tomorrow
Ability to travel up to 70%
