The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments, and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.
In your first rotation, you’ll be responsible for developing, originating and executing ground-breaking commercial transactions across the offshore wind portfolio with a focus on new markets and technologies complementary to offshore wind, e.g. hydrogen. This exciting role requires both strategic thinking and strong transactional capabilities to implement these high-impact, innovative transactions, enabling Ørsted to successfully deliver on its ambitious growth strategy.
