The Ørsted Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential and give you a unique opportunity of a fast-tracked career in Ørsted. The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments, and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.
You’ll develop, deliver, and implement new innovative Operation & Maintenance (O&M) solutions with a clear focus on end-to-end business value creation from ideation to roll-out. You’ll focus on bringing the new O&M concept from idea to proof-of-concept supported by a strong business case.
