Roof Cladding Installation Manager

As front running Solar PV installers, we are looking for a self-motivated and diligent candidate who can work unsupervised to take on, and develop an exciting new departement.

You will be responsible for bringing together and working with, small teams on national contracts for roof over cladding systems, to enable clients to have Solar PV systems installed on aged roofs etc.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5+ years experience as an installer, estimator and/or contract manager

The candidate will be responsible for:

· Creating teams to install over claddings systems, guttering and drainage and flashing nationwide

· Visiting and liaising with new customers on site to ascertain exact requirements, via our technical sales team

· Providing accurate and timely quotations

· Upon quote acceptance liaising with the operations team for timescales

· Liaising with and supervising the buying department upon quote acceptance to meet set timescales.

· Quality assurance of all installations

· Site visits to check contract progress

You will need to demonstrate and be competent in the following:

· A proven track record of written estimating, quoting and pricing

· Product knowledge and ability to advise customers of their exaxct requirements and final finishing

· Researching/sourcing/costing for materials, equipment, transport and labour costs

· Planning job timescales to support company operation

· Strong verbal and communication skills

· Ensuring that the best available rates are achieved for the company.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
